Set Up Your Event
Photographers can set up their events and pre-select those PWD product and services that best meet their needs.
Send Us Your Images
Once an event is set up, the process begins with the delivery of images to ProWedding Digilab. Images can be delivered either via upload to our web site or by sending them to us on CD/DVD’s.
Go Back to Shooting Pictures– We’re Doing the Rest
From this point forward, we take care of the rest of your post-event processing and keep you informed every step of the way.

- Image Selection & Enhancement - We start with all of the images you shot and organize a proof set that you can present to your client. While selecting the images for the proof set, we will also color correct and convert from RAW, if necessary.
- Photographer Release of Proof Set to Client – Once the photographer is satisfied with the proof set, it is released to clients for review and organization into folders.
- Proof Prints, Albums and Books – PWD offers the highest quality proof prints and related products. These can be sent to the photographer or directly to the client.
- Client Release of Images to Family & Friends – Event owners have an opportunity to review their images, decide which ones will be available for viewing, organize them into folders and then release them to their Family & Friends.
- Family & Friends View Photos, Sign Guest Book, Order Prints – Family & Friends are notified by email that the images are available on-line where they can sign the event owner’s guest book, view images and slideshows, and order prints and other products.
- Final Prints and Digital Products – Photographers and their clients can use the PWD web site to order final album and other prints, as well as other digital products. PWD interfaces with popular album-design software to facilitate the production of final album prints.
- On-Line Information, When It’s Needed – No matter where an event is in the process, the photographer can go on-line anytime and determine its status. In addition, PWD provides photographers with meaningful financial and activity information in an easy-to-understand format.
