What tools do I have for keeping track of sales and accounting?
PWD offers you the ability to easily view reports on orders, customers, studio transactions, statements, and event activity. Each reporting page allows you to apply filters to help you find only the information you need.
Do I have access to my customers' order and contact information?
Yes. The Customers page will allow you to see who has ordered from your studio, their contact info, and their order details.
How do I view my current account balance?
Go to the View Statements page via the menu. Your current balance will be listed here, and you may view past statements as well.
