What post-processing services do you offer?: We offer RAW image conversion, image selection, color correction, and image touch-up services. We also accept special processing requests, so feel free to contact us for a quote.
How do I send in images for post-processing services?: You may submit images via web upload, FTP, or by sending discs to us through the mail. When you choose to send images in for an event you have created, you will have the option of sending them directly to your event with no post-processing services, or you may choose the post-processing services you desire.

To begin, select an event, then choose Send Images from the Events menu.
Can I use PWD and still do my own post-processing?: Yes. You have the option of sending your images directly to your event or choosing from our post-processing services. If you would like to edit your own images, you may bypass our post-processing services and simply use us as an image host and store-front for your studio.
If I send in images for image selection service, how does PWD choose which photos to keep?: Our editors are experienced wedding and event photographers and will make image selections based on their years of experience as well as your unique specifications. When you submit images, you may request a certain number of images to be selected and provide any other special requirements for your images.
How long will post-processing take for my event?: Most events will have a turnaround time of seven business days. However, due to the seasonal nature of the wedding industry, turnaround times may vary.
What is your color correction process?: Our experienced editors will individually adjust your image files for white balance, exposure, and shadow & highlight detail for optimal output. If you would like to request any other additional processing, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Do you sharpen images during the post-production process?: No. We do not currently sharpen image files during the image selection or color correction process. If you would like to request image sharpening or any other additional processing, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.
What type of retouching services do you offer?: We offer basic image retouching such as blemish removal and teeth whitening as well as more advanced, custom work. For custom requests, please contact us for a quote.
Do you do custom retouching work?: Yes. Our skilled editors can handle any custom requests you may have. Please contact us for a quote.
How long do retouching orders take?: Most retouching orders will have a two day turnaround. However, custom orders may take longer based on the amount of hours involved.
Can I change the images after they have gone through the PWD post-production process?: Yes Once post-production is complete and the event is online, you will have the option to remove images and add back images we may have removed during image selection. You will also have the ability to organize the images and perform minor edits such as cropping, choosing a color tone, rotating the images, and more.

Can I provide guidelines for the selection?: Absolutely! When establishing your account, you have the option to provide us with your unique image selection and post-processing guidelines. We will also gladly accept feedback with each event to better serve you.
