- How do I view and change my Studio information?
- From the Studio menu, choose Studio Profile. The Studio Profile page will allow you to edit your contact and billing information by clicking the Edit buttons next to the appropriate section. Be sure to click Save once you've changed anything.
- How do I change my studio account password?
- From the Studio menu, choose Studio Profile. Click the Edit button next to the Login Info Detail section. Be sure to click Save after entering your new password.
- On the Studio Profile page, what is the photographer list?
- The photographer list will display any photographer accounts you have added to your PWD studio account. Adding photographers allows you to create limited accounts for any employees or freelance photographers you have so that they can upload their images directly to your events. For more information on photographer accounts, view the "Adding & Managing Studio Photographers" section in the FAQ.
- On the Studio Profile page, what is the marketing website text and where will it appear?
- This allows you to enter your own slogan or tagline. It will appear in the Studio Details page which can be found by potential customers searching for a photographer or event. Enter your own marketing text, then visit the Find a Photographer page, search for your studio name, and go to your Studio Details page to see your marketing text.
- On the Studio Profile page, what do the viewing preferences apply to?
- Setting the viewing preferences on this page will set the default page view you and your clients will see when viewing images. These preferences will become the default for all new events you create, though you will still have the ability to set different viewing preferences for individual events if you choose.
- On the Studio Profile page, what is the watermark option and how do I use it?
- You may upload an image file to use as a watermark. You will then have the choice of ordering proofs with or without your watermark. To upload a watermark, click Edit, browse to the file, and click Save.
- On the Studio Profile page, what is the logo option and how do I use it?
- You may upload an image file to use as a studio logo. Your logo will be displayed in the top left corner of any PWD page related to your studio. To upload a logo, click Edit, browse to the file, and click Save. We recommend you choose a logo close to the specified dimensions.
- On the Studio Profile page, what is the studio marketing option and how do I use it?
- You may upload a file containing your studio's marketing materials. You will then have the option of having us print out these materials for delivery with product orders. To upload marketing materials, click Edit, browse to the file, and click Save. You are limited to a single PDF file, but it may contain up to five pages. You are responsible for the contents of this document.
