If I have an event's public password, why do I need to create my own account?: When you create your own account, you will choose a user id and password separate from the public password.

You must create your own account before placing an order. This will allow you to access your order information and any image downloads you may have purchased.
How do I create an account?: You will be asked to create an account only when you attempt to place an order during checkout. Simply follow the provided instructions to create an account.
I created a user account when ordering from an event. Do I still need to login with the public password, or can I now login with my own user ID and password?: You may login either way during future visits, but you will need to be logged in with your own user id and password in order to access your account and order information.
What's the difference between logging in with the public password and logging in with a user account?: Logging in with the public password will allow you to access the event and view the images, but you will not be able to place an order.

Once you have created a user account, you will be able to order from the event and view information about your past orders.

In short, the public password gets you into the event, but once you have a user account, we recommend that you use it when accessing the event in the future.
How do I edit my account information?: Choose My Profile from the My Account menu. You may edit your Customer Profile and saved Credit Card(s).
How do I change my password?: Choose My Profile from the My Account menu. Edit the Customer Profile section, type in your new password twice, and click Save.
How do I view my order information?: Choose My Orders from the My Account page, then select an order from the list.
How do I access any downloads that I've ordered?: When you order an image download, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the files. You may also access your download orders via the My Downloads page.

To do so, login to your event and choose My Downloads from the My Account menu. Any download orders you have placed will be listed here. Click View Downloads in order to see and download the images for that order.
