How do I find a certain event online?
  1. From the PWD Home Page, click the "Find an Event" link.
  2. Enter as much information about the event as you can in the search boxes and click Search.
  3. If your event is found, it will be displayed in the Event List.
  4. Choose the event from the Event List, and you will be brought to the event gateway.
  5. Click the cover photo to enter the event. You may be asked to provide a password.
Why isn't the event I'm looking for showing up on the search page?
If an event has not been released to family and friends by the event owner, you will not be able to find it by searching. You will need to wait until the event owner has released the event.

If you are sure the event has been released, double-check your spelling and the information you are providing in the search. You may want to contact the event owner for a direct link to the event.
The event is asking me for a password. Where do I get the password?
It is up to the event owner to provide the password to their family and friends. You will need to contact the event owner to get this information.
I created a user account when ordering from an event. Do I still need to login with the public password, or can I now login with my own user ID and password?
You may login either way during future visits, but you will need to be logged in with your own user ID and password in order to access your account and order information.
What is the difference between logging in with the public password and logging in with a user account?
Logging in with the public password will allow you to access the event and view the images, but you will not be able to place an order.

Once you have created a user account, you will be able to order from the event and view information about your past orders.

In short, the public password gets you into the event, but once you have a user account, we recommend that you use it when accessing the event in the future.
