How do I edit my account information?
Choose My Profile from the My Account menu. You may edit your Customer Profile and saved Credit Card(s).
How do I change my password?
Choose My Profile from the My Account menu. Edit the Customer Profile section, type in your new password twice, and click Save.
How do I view my order information?
Choose My Orders from the My Account page, then select the order from the list.
How do I access any downloads that I've ordered?
When you order an image download, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the files. You may also access your download orders via the My Downloads page.

To do so, login to your event and choose My Downloads from the My Account menu. Any download orders you have placed will be listed here. Click View Downloads in order to see and download the images for that order.
