How do I login to see my event site?
Once your online event is ready for you to view, you will receive an email notification containing login information for your account. The email will also contain a link to the event. Simply follow the provided link and you will be brought to your even'ts gateway page. Click on the large image and you will be asked to enter your username and password. Once logged in, you will be able to view and edit your event.
I can't log in. What do I do?
If you are having difficulty logging in, follow these steps:
  1. Confirm that you are using the correct username and password provided in the notification email.
  2. You may have to agree to the Terms of Use. If it is present, be sure this checkbox is clicked.
  3. Confirm that you are logging into the Account Login section of the login screen. It will have two boxes for your user id and password.
  4. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link to have it emailed to you.
  5. If you continue to have problems, please contact us.
Can I change the default password I was given?
Yes. Once you've logged in, choose My Profile from the My Account menu. Click to edit the Customer Profile section and you will be able to enter a new password. Be sure to type it twice and click Save.
Should I share my user id and password with others?
No. The user id and password you receive via email is for the event owner only and should not be given out to family and friends.

To share the event with others, you will need to release the event to family and friends and then provide them with the event's public password (if one has been set).
