- How do I order prints for my event?
- You will be able to order prints as soon as you have access to your event. To do so, choose Order Prints from the Order menu. Select your images on the left and drag them to your cart on the right. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose your paper and print options. When you have added all the images you like, click Checkout. You will see your shopping cart and have a chance to review and edit it before continuing. Click Checkout again, and follow the guided checkout process.
- How do I order multimedia products for my event?
- You will be able to order CDs, DVDs, and image downloads as soon as you have access to your event:
- Choose Order Products from the Order menu.
- Add the desired product to your cart.
- The following page allows you to add images to the product you just selected. For example, you may want to add 100 images for your DVD Montage or select only a few to download. Browse your images on the left and drag them into the the product on the right.
- When you are finished adding images, click Checkout to begin the guided checkout process.
- What is the purpose of the multiple cart functionality and how do I use it?
- While ordering products, you have the ability to create multiple shopping carts. You may wish to do this to keep orders separate, especially if you are purchasing for more than one person.
Instructions:
- To use multiple carts, click the Add New Cart button from an Order page.
- Choose or enter a name for the cart and an email to associate with the cart. If you are creating a cart for a family member, for instance, you would enter that person's name and email address.
- You may now add items to the newly created cart.
- To switch between carts, choose a cart from the Viewing drop-down menu.
- To delete a cart, click the 'X' icon next to the Cart Total. Note that you cannot delete the default cart.
- When you checkout, you will be able to enter different shipping addresses for each cart.
- How do I access any image downloads that I've ordered?
- When you order an image download, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the files. You may also access your download orders via the My Downloads page.
To do so, login to your event and choose My Downloads from the My Account menu. Any download orders you have placed will be listed here. Click View Downloads in order to see and download the images for that order.
