- What all can I do with my event? Where do I start?
- Once your online event is ready for you to view, you will receive an email notification containing login information for your account. As an event owner, your account gives you the ability to modify, arrange, share, and order products for your event. Below is an overview of what you can do with your event, but keep in mind you may take as many or as few of these steps as you like.
- Login and view your images - Start out by browsing your images. You may do so from the Order Prints page or any of the pages available from the My Photos menu.
- Organize and Modify your images - Under the My Photos menu, you are given several options to help you organize your event and perform minor edits on your images.
- Share your event - Your event is hidden from public view until you are ready for others to see it. You may release your event to family and friends by choosing the Release My Event option from the My Event menu. If you've added anyone to your Family & Friends list, they will receive an email notification that will link them to the event.
- Order prints and products - Order prints or multimedia products via the Order menu.
- View your guest book - After the event is released, family and friends can sign your guest book. See what they had to say via the My Event menu.
- Edit your account - The options in the My Account menu allow you to edit your account details, view orders you have placed, and more.
For details on the above steps, please view the appropriate sections of this FAQ. - Can others view my event?
- An event must first be released to family and friends in order for others to access it. Both you and your photographer have the ability to release the event to family and friends, but the photographer will most often leave that step to you.
For information on releasing your event, see the Sharing With Family & Friends section of the FAQ. - Should I share my user id and password with others?
- No. The user id and password you receive via email is for the event owner only and should not be given out to family and friends.
To share the event with others, you will need to release the event to family and friends and then provide them with the event's public password (if one has been set).
For more information, see the Sharing With Family & Friends section of the FAQ.
